‘Perennial Blue' is a climbing rose with a beautiful, purple-mauve colour, so not really blue as the name would suggest. This modern rambler carries large, compact clusters with small, semi-double, bowl-shaped flowers that smell. The long leaves are long, light green, shiny and healthy. A vigorous climber with supple branches. Repeats-flowers.
