Soft pink semi-double flowers, abundant and fragrant (25 petals) from June to August. Pretty little red rose hips in fall and pretty rugosa foliage resistant to disease. A beautiful shrub to plant in groups or alone. Completely rustic.

This rose is named after the Danish-Norwegian navigator and explorer Jens Munk (1579 - 1628), who is best known for his efforts to find the Northwest Passage to India in the service of King Christian IV.
