‘R. arvensis’ is a botanical rose from Europe and is also called a field rose in Dutch. The small, single flowers are white and show their stamens. They have a sweet smell. This vigorous rose easily produces new shoots from the base of the plant. It is an excellent ground cover or climbing rose against a wall, a fence or a tree. Tolerates shadow and poor soil.
