‘Paul's Scarlet' is a modern climbing rose with large, scarlet flowers in clusters. The flowers are bowl-shaped and lightly scented. They form large clusters that catch the eye from afar. The leaves are large, glossy, medium green and very healthy. The flowers are resistant to rain and are also resistant to fierce frost. A once-flowering rambler with a spectacular, long bloom and occasionally a light after-flowering. A strong, indestructible plant. Tolerates shade and also does well in poor soil.
