A Sempervirens hybrid with the remarkable characteristic of keeping its foliage. 'Félicité et Perpétue' flowers abundantly with large clusters of small pompon-shaped, creamy white flowers. The buds are pinkish red and form a nice contrast with the flowers, they have little or no scent. This variety starts flowering late: from mid-June to mid-July, the flowers appear. A vigorous and very floriferous rose. Its supple long branches allow you to easily overgrow a pergola or a rose bower, a wall or a fence. It can also be planted as a shrub. The plant tolerates shade.
