Biodegradable mulch cloth
Bio degradable mulch cloth against weeds, 100% ecological and 100% biodegradable. Expected lifespan is four to five years.
Its brown color gives it a natural appearance.
This ground cloth is made from vegetable oil and is therefore completely biodegradable and compostable. It is permeable to water and fertilizers and allows the soil to breathe sufficiently, strongly inhibits evaporation from the soil and allows the soil to warm up more quickly. This makes the plants grow better.
Before installation, the canvas is unfolded and secured with ground pins against being blown up. A ground spike is placed on the outside and on the overlaps every 2 metres. Where we are going to plant, a cross-shaped incision of 30 by 30 cm is made with scissors or a knife. This we are going to unfold and make our pits for planting. Once the rose has been planted, we fold the cloth up to the neck of the rose. When everything is planted, we brush all the soil off the canvas. It is not necessary to cover the canvas with wood chips or other materials.
