Powerful, summer-flowering rambler with large clusters of double, lightly scented orange yellow flowers that turn to cream. Healthy with very glossy leaves. The plant has flexible branches and can also be planted as a ground cover.

‘Aviateur Blériot', a Wichuraiana hybrid, has a cheerful colour, the flowers are orange apricot and turn to yellow and then to creamy white. Once white, they remain on the plant for some time without wanting to finish flowering. Although the flowers are double, they show their stamens. They have a light, fruity scent and form clusters of 3 to 7 flowers, surrounded by a dark green, shiny leaf typical of R. Wichuraiana. The branches of this rambler are supple and can easily be guided against a pergola, a rose bower, a pyramid or a fence. Without support, the plant will act as a ground cover.
