The plant blooms non-stop from June until frost. The colour forms a great contrast with light pink shades in the garden but also with warm yellow orange colours. It is a rose that combines with all colours. The flowers have a light pleasant floral scent. The plant is bushy, slightly overhanging and almost thornless with a dark green glossy leaf. The leaf has 7 leaflets. A maintenance-friendly healthy plant that is suitable as a solitary, in groups, as a hedge, for edging and also in a pot.

Allevia
Ter gelegenheid van de tweejaarlijkse tuinenbezoekdag georganiseerd door de Fondation St.Luc, verbonden aan de kliniek St.Luc te Brussel, werd de lage moschataroos Allevia gedoopt.
Onder een stralende zon werd de roos door haar meter H.K.M. Prinses Astrid en haar peter Dhr. Regnier Haegelsteen, voorzitter van de Fondation St Luc boven de doopvont gehouden.

Deze roos combineert vele kwaliteiten.
Magnifieke trossen van kleine pomponvormig gevulde bloemen met een aparte paarsroze tot violette kleur en een lichte bloemengeur. De trossen verschijnen de hele zomer door tot eind oktober en staan aan een bossig struikje dat bijna stekelloos is.Allevia
Allevia betekent verlichting in het Latijn en het Italiaans. Ze werd gekozen als humanitaire roos ten voordele van de Fondation St.Luc die het wetenschappelijk en medisch onderzoek in de Universitaire kliniek St.Luc te Brussel ondersteunt. Deze roos staat symbool voor de hoop, kenmerkend voor dit onderzoek naar een verbetering van de levenskwaliteit van patiënten.Met de aankoop van de roos ‘Allevia’ baat niet alleen het goede doel maar ook uw tuin, uw omgeving en de mensen rondom u.
