Extended description

An old climbing rose that is still very popular. From the large mass of red flower buds appear large, perfectly double, pink flowers. The backside of the petals is coral pink which forms a beautiful contrast. The pleasant, intense scent spreads throughout the garden. The flower branches carry clusters of 3 to 7 flowers. The new branches are brown tinted and have a lot of spines. The leaves are dark green and shiny. The flowering time is remarkably long but occurs only once in June-July. Many enthusiasts tell me that they can't miss their 'Albertine' in the garden anymore.
